A.No.5561 of 2019 in C.S.No.820 of 2018 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., The present Application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff, praying for an order of substituted service of suit summons on the defendants 2 and 3 by way of paper publication in one issue of any Dailythanthi in Chennai Edition. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents/defendants submitted that he has no serious objection to the Application being allowed.

3.In view of the submission made by the respondents/defendants' counsel, this Court is inclined to allow the present Application. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the plaintiff is permitted to take substituted service on the defendants 2 and 3, by way of Paper Publication in one issue of Dailythanthi in Chennai Edition, indicating the date of hearing as 30.08.2019. Further, this Court also directs the applicant to affix a notice at the Court Notice Board and at the last known address of the defendants 2 and 3.

4.Post the matter on 30.08.2019.
