ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to return original Master Degree Certificate to the petitioner by considering the representation dated 15.04.2025. Mr.N.K.Susruthan, learned Counsel for the 3rd respondent / institute would submit that they have already given all the original certificates to the petitioner which factum was admitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition becomes infructuous.

In the result, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
