The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.02.2021 for the offence under Sections 8(c) r/w. Section 20 (b) (ii) (c) and 29(i) of NDPS Act in Cr.No.12 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have been found in possession of 23.400 Kgs. of Ganja. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.Nos.7599, 11639, 15785, 23088 of 2021 and 13107 of 2022 and this Court has dismissed the petitions in Crl.O.P.Nos.7599, 15785, 23088 of 2021 and 13107 of 2022 and Crl.O.P.No.11639 of 2021 was dismissed as withdrawn.

pri 5.Considering the fact that the quantity of the contraband seized is a commercial quantity and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.Nos.7599, 15785, 23088 of 2021 and 13107 of 2022, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
