PRAYER:

Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to pass an order to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order made in Crl.OP.No.10265 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023 passed by this Court.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to pass an order to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order made in Crl.OP.No.10265 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023 passed by this Court, thereby the respondent had been directed to complete the investigation in crime No.696 of 2022 and to file a final report within a time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the complaint in respect of the aforesaid FIR was closed as mistake of fact on 04.02.2025. As such, the order passed by this Court on 05.05.2023 in Crl.OP.No.10265 of 2023 has been complied with by the respondent.
