This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that some typographical error has been crept in Paragraph 3 of the order dated 02.02.2022. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is clarified and the paragraph No.3 in the order dated 02.02.2022 in W.P.No.24106 of 2019 shall read as follows:- "3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.06.2019, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
