This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., imposed by this court in Crl.MP.No.7433/2023 dated 25.05.2023 in Crl.OP.No.7149/2023 dated 30.03.2023 and thus render justice.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
