Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the detenue Minor. Priyanka, D/o. Hemal Reddy, aged about 15 years, now in the custody of the third respondent before this Court and hand over his custody to the petitioner forthwith.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the detenue Minor. Priyanka, D/o. Hemal Reddy, aged about 15 years, now in the custody of the third respondent, before this Court and to hand over his custody to the petitioner forthwith, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the father of the detenue.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the detenue has been secured and handed over to the Child Welfare Committee, Krishnagiri. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the habeas corpus petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Child Welfare Committee, Krishnagiri.
