The present Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking extension of time for payment of 20% of the fine amount, imposed by this Court on 10.05.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.6879 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.552 of 2023.
2. Heard Mr.C.Munusamy, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Mr.C.Munusamy, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner was not able to mobilize funds within the stipulated period. Therefore, he sought for extension of time to comply with the condition imposed on 10.05.2023.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition and the petitioner is granted three weeks time to comply with the conditions imposed on 10.05.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.6879 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.552 of 2023. The petitioner is directed to pay 20% of the fine amount within a period of three weeks from today.
