Hence, it would be appropriate for the competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner's husband dated 23.03.2026 and we so direct the competent authority to consider and pass orders on the aforesaid representation, in accordance with the prevailing Rules and Regulations, within a period of four (4) weeks from today.
