The petitioner herein was arrested on 25.04.2022 for the alleged offences under Sections 12 r/w 11(2) of POCSO Act, 2012.

2. It is a case that the minor girl while going to school, the incident had occurred and has given her statement before the Judicial Magistrate under Section 164(5) of Cr.P.C.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the investigation has been completed and final report filed on 06.07.2022 and if the petitioner released on bail, the possibility of absconding as well as tamper the evidence, since the victim girl belongs to the low strata of the society.

4. Considering the said fact, the bail petition is dismissed. The trial Court is directed take final report on file and complete the trial, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
