CMP.Nos.4725 & 4726 of 2021 in SA.No.1293 of 1988 C.KUMARAPPAN, J These petitions have been filed to bring the petitioners as the legal heirs of the respondents 2 and 10 respectively in the above Second Appeal.

2. There is no serious objection raised by the respondents.

3. Having considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and having satisfied with the same, this Court is inclined to allow the applications.

4. In the result, these CMPs are allowed. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the cause title.
