O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the 1st respondent to initiate appropriate action based on the representation/complaint of the petitioner dated 11.12.2017. 2.Though the petitioner has filed the above Writ petition for issuing a positive direction, the learned counsel for the petitioner has now stated before this Court that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2017 within a time stipulated by this Court.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits of the petitioner's claim, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:

The 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2017 and take appropriate action or pass appropriate order on merits, after giving sufficient opportunity to the 2nd respondent within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
