[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter, viz., Saraswathi, aged 17 years before this Court and to hand over her custody to the petitioner.

2. Today, when this matter was taken up for hearing, both sides submitted that the alleged detenue was secured by the police on 01.04.2021 and she was produced before the Child Welfare Committee, Tiruvallur on 03.04.2021. The Child Welfare Committee, Tiruvallur handed over the custody of the detenue to the petitioner on 27.04.2021.

Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
