This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15551 of 2022 dated 06.07.2022 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner had been complying the condition by reporting before the Respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m and 5:30 p.m until further orders.

3. Since the petitioner herein expresses some inconvenience to report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m and 5:30 p.m, the said condition is modified and altered to report before the Respondent Police daily at 10:30 a.m.

4. With the above modification, the petition for relaxation is allowed.
