This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed as that the petitioner shall stay at Usilampatti Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.12999 of 2023 dated 12.06.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 6.30 p.m until further orders.
