(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) This petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the respondents 7 to 9 as the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd respondent.

2. The mother of the 3rd respondent is already on record as the 5th respondent in the appeal/ 4th respondent in this petition. Hence, the main proceedings does not abate.

3. Therefore, this petition is ordered and the respondents 7 to 9 are brought on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd respondent and ranked as respondents 8 to 10 in the main review petition SR.No.19013 of 2019 and in the condone delay petition in C.M.P.No.7701 of 2019.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout the amendments in the main review petition SR.No.19013 of 2019 and in the condone delay petition in C.M.P.No.7701 of 2019.
