O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to investigate the matter accordance with law and direct the second respondent to register the case based on the petitioner complaint dated on 24.04.2018 to the respondents.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. Though the petitioner has given the complaint as early as on 24.04.2018 and the same was acknowledged by the respondent police, he has not taken any action. The respondents have to enquire the complaint and either register the complaint or close the same upon completion of enquiry. Without doing so, they cannot keep the complaint pending forever.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to enquire the CSR and act in accordance with law.
