This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 34 days against the order in Crl.M.P.No.76780 of 2024 in C.C.No.4606 of 2023 passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate for exclusive Trial of CCB Cases (Relating to Cheating Cases in Chennai) and CBCID Metro Cases, Egmore, Chennai, in filing the above revision petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 34 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
