Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 8th respondent-Lakshmiammal in the second appeal passed away on 05.06.2023 leaving behind the proposed respondents 8 and 9 as her legal heirs. Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions and accordingly these petitions are allowed.
