C.M.P.No.16836 of 2018 in C.M.A.No.SR.37926 of 2018 V.M.VELUMANI,J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 194 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and no notice is necessary for the first respondent.

3.Mr.T.Ravichandran, the learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.

4.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 194 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the 'High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai', within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not be entitled for any interest for the delay period.
