R.RADHA PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- In view of the order passed in the suspension petition, there is no necessity to pass order in the exemption petition. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
