Cont.P.No.1216 of 2020 Course, Coimbatore, dated 15.10.2019, wherein departmental action was initiated against the concerned Sub-Inspector of Police, Head Constable and Deputy Superintendent of Police. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also brought to the notice of this Court, the charge memo issued against the delinquent Police Officers. It is also seen that an Enquiry Officer has also been appointed to conduct the enquiry and submit a report to the disciplinary authority.
