This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter was taken for hearing today, Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent has rejected the appeal through proceedings dated 21.05.2025 and a copy of the order was placed before this Court.
3. In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition challenging the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer.
Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. 2/4
