This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

2. This Court had directed the first respondent husband to deposit the interim maintenance amount on or before the 5th of every Month starting from May 2019 onwards. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this condition was not complied with since the concerned Magistrate Court has been wrongly mentioned in the petition. Therefore a petition for amendment has been filed. The learned therefore requested this Court to grant some time to pay the arrears of interim maintenance.

3. In view of the above, the first petitioner is directed to pay the arrears of maintenance of Rs.15,000/- (for the Month of May, June, July 2019) on or before 31.07.2019 to the credit of M.C.No.61/15, on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet. The first respondent shall pay

the interim maintenance of Rs.5,000/- from August 2019 onwards on or N.ANAND VENKATESH., J.

ub before the 5th of every Month. To that extent, the earlier order passed by this Court, with regard to the payment of interim maintenance, is modified.
