This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 383 days in filing the above Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for Respondents 2 to 4.

3.The Petitioner filed this Petition alleging that due to corona they are unable to apply for certified copy. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case and the fact that the Suit is for partition, 383 days of delay in filing the above Appeal Suit is condoned on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) as costs to the learned counsel for the Respondent, on or before 02.08.2024.

4.For reporting compliance, post the matter 02.08.2024.
