ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent herein to renew the petitioner's passport in view of the petitioners' application

dated 09.04.2024 by considering the petitioner's explanation dated 09.06.2024 at the earliest.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction the the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent will be considered the petitioner's representation and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
