J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned 'Civil Miscellaneous Petition' has been filed with a 'Condonation of Delay' {hereinafter 'CoD' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity} prayer qua 116 days delay in filing the captioned intra-court appeal i.e., W.A.SR.No.85707 of 2023.

2. Mr.B.Vijay, learned counsel on record for CMP petitioner, adverting to paragraph No.17 of the support affidavit expresses regret for number of days being left blank but submits that the reason for delay was administrative procedure for filing an appeal which has been repeatedly described as file pushing by Courts.

3. However, Ms.H.Nandhini, learned counsel representing Mr.V.Ajoy Khose, counsel on record for sole respondent very fairly submits that respondent is not opposing the CoD prayer. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
