Side) [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 120(B), 409, 109 of IPC and Section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(d) of Prevention of corruption Act in Cr.No.6 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.9917 and 9922 dated 22.06.2021 and further extension of time was provided to the petitioners to surrender in order dated 12.08.2021. However, the petitioners have not surrendered before the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore on 20.09.2021. Hence this present anticipatory bail petition is filed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were not able to surrender within the stipulated time due to poor health conditions and some employment condition. Hence he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that already time has been extended for the petitioners to surrender. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as the earlier anticipatory bail petition is granted, there is no means for granting another anticipatory bail. However, in order to give one last chance to the petitioners, time is extended by 2 weeks from today for the petitioners to surrender.
6.Accordingly, this petition seeking anticipatory bail stands closed -sd/- 01/10/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
