This petition has been filed to direct speedy disposal of the suit O.S.No.142/2013 on the file of the learned District Court, Chengapattu. 2.Pursuant to my order dated 12.06.2025, the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpet has sent a report in D.No.3243/2025/OS-BC, dated 26.05.2025 to the Registry of this Court requesting for one year time to dispose of the suit in O.S. rli has stated that there are several civil and criminal cases are pending before it and he is having a lot of administrative work and hence, time of one year has sought for.

3. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2013, pleadings are completed and therefore, priority should be given to the pending matters, the present Civil Revision Petition is allowed with a direction to the Principal District Judge, Chengalpet to dispose of the suit in O.S.
