ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a limited relief. The petitioner seeks an early disposal of the case in H.M.O.P.No.4763 of 2022, pending on the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondent in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

3. The petitioner is the husband and the respondent is the wife. The petitioner had filed H.M.O.P.No.4763 of 2022 seeking dissolution of marriage. A counter statement has already been filed by the respondent in the year 2024 itself. Since the petitioner is aged about 68 years, he seeks early disposal of the said HMOP.

4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.4763 of 2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. After giving due consideration to the year of the said HMOP and the present status of the said HMOP, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai, to Page No.2 of 4
