This application has been filed to amend the offences as under Sections 294(b), 323, 436 and 506(i) of IPC instead of Sections 294(b), 323, 426 and 506(i) of IPC in Crl.O.P.No.12104 of 2023 by order dated 07.06.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.12104 of 2023 dated 07.06.2023 and issue fresh order copy. Further period of one week is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to execute the sureties and comply with the conditions.
