ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction forbearing the respondents from in any manner effecting transfer of service of the petitioner as Village Administrative Officer, Kondur Village, Cuddalore District to any other Village pursuant to the general counseling conducted by the second and third respondents on 29.07.2022 and to further direct the respondents to strictly adhere to the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.515, Revenue Department dated 25.08.2008 in the matter of transfer of service of the petitioner from Kondur Village, Cuddalore District to any other village.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
