This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13116 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, C1, Flower Bazaar Police Station everyday at 10.30.a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
