This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the representations dated 02.07.2016 and 12.07.2016 respectively. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 & 2.
3.It is seen that this petitioner has sent two representations dated 02.07.2016 and 12.07.2016 respectively alleging that the disputed well belongs to him and that, the third respondent locked the well and keept the key with him. Therefore, the petitioner filed the present criminal original petition, seeking the afore stated relief.

4. In the considered opinion of this Court, such a direction cannot be issued under Section 482 Cr.P.C. It is not contemplated that the police authorities should dispose of the representations that is normally done by the Revenue Authorities in Patta proceedings.
5. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are two cases registered against the petitioner in Crime No.240 of 2015 and Crime No.294 of 2015 in respect of certain disputes between the petitioner and the opposite party.
6. Under such circumstances, the direction as prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
