Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 08.03.2019 for issuance of the sub division patta and for a consequential direction to issue fresh patta in the petitioner name for vacant land an extent of 1861 Sq.f.t bearing plot No.44, Vigneshwar Nagar in comprised survey No.420/9 at Morai Madhura Veerapuram Village, Avadi Taluk, Thiruvallur District, in accordance with law within the time frame fixed by this Court. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner on 08.03.2019, wherein the petitioner is seeking for a sub-division patta in the name of the petitioner, with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Mani Gopi, learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of respondents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 08.03.2019 and conduct an enquiry and pass orders, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent along with all relevant document and also a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
