Mr.S.Vijayanand, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submits that the original suit in O.S.NO.10 of 2004, was decreed on 27.03.2025, by the Additional District Munsif Court, Chidambaram and the said submission is recorded.

2. In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for by the revision petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected, Civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
