ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J) The relief sought in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to refer the petitioner's complaint dated 09.11.2020 to the disciplinary committee of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry for taking appropriate action as against the respondents 2 and 3 for their misconducts. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner's complaint dated 09.11.2020 was referred to disciplinary committee vide DC.No.205 of 2021 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
