This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police in a week at 10.30a.m (i.e., on Monday ) until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.11450/2023 dated 18.05.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
