This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned proceedings dated 26.10.2012 in Na.Ka.No.1272/A3/12 on the file of the 2nd respondent, and quash the same, directing the respondents to grant recognition for a period of three years, from 01.02.2012 to 31.03.2015 under the Code of Regulations of Matriculation schools, for the Trinity Matric Hr. Sec. School.
