ORDER
This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 30.07.2022 in CSR No.414/2022 dated 30.07.2022 and to file a final report before competent court of law with in a time fixed by this court.

On instruction, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on receipt of the aforementioned complaint, the petitioner was issued the CSR.No.414 of 2022 on 30.07.2022. For the purpose of enquiry, the petitioner was summoned by the second respondent. However, the petitioner did not appear for enquiry and as such, the second respondent closed the complaint.

Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action. There shall be no order as to costs. 05.06.2026 Index : Yes/No : Yes/No Speaking/non-speaking order lok
