This petition is filed to accept the cause title.

2.Mr.C.Mani Sankar, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention that fresh certificate of Incorporation of "Operation Mobilization India", whereby the name of the defendant in the suit has been undergone to change and the new name (ie., Operation Mercy India Foundation) has to be incorporated.

Hence, the petition for accepting the cause title is hereby accepted.

04.12.2020 klt Note: Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and number the above CRP and list the case on 08.12.2020.
