This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on petitioner that, he shall report before the respondent police on daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 11249/2023 in order dated 01.06.2023

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
