ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2024 for UDR patta corrections.

2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that during the UDR scheme, petitioner's property Survey numbers are wrongly mutated in favour of third parties. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation on 12.02.2024 to rectify the UDR mistake, the same has not been considered. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

4. Since the limited relief is sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2024 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
