..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from any way and in any manner proceeding with Surcharge proceedings against the petitioner based on N.K.No.2156/2011/A4 dated 29.07.2013 issued by the first respondent and second respondent's letter signed on 31.03.2016 in N.K.No.1734/2013/Thi.3 dated 31.03.2014, without considering petitioner explanation dated 05.08.2013 and its copy sent on 13.06.2016 to the respondents.
