(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the State seeking to condone the short delay of 23 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 18.04.2022 passed in W.P.No.12473 of 2021, wherein the learned single Judge directed the petitioners/appellants to compute the amount and pay the same to the respondent-writ petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of uploading of the order in the official website of this Court, failing which, interest clock will start ticking at the rate of 6% for every completed month of delay.

2. When fresh notice was issued by this Court on 25.08.2022 through registered post, the record shows that the service is complete. But none appears for the respondent. That shows that the respondent has no objection for condoning the delay. Therefore, the short delay is condoned and the civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
