These petitions are filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner viz., Palanisamy as petitioners 2 and 3 in the above C.R.Ps.

2.Mr.V.Ragunathan, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection for allowing these petitions.

3.In view of the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, these C.M.Ps. are ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the C.R.Ps. on 25.10.2021.
