ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the Petitioner in the name of enquiry without due process of law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as against the petitioner, proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C., are pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Guindy, in petition No.1950 of 2020.

4.In view of the above development, the petitioner is directed to co-operate during the enquiry conducted by the Executive Magistrate.
