The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to issue Writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order or direction calling for the order of the second respondent in I.D. No. M.8/1/2007-B2/1, dated 24.08.2007.

On earlier occasion on 13.06.2018, since there was no representation for both sides, the registry was directed to print the name of both the parties. Today, even though the names of both the counsel as well as parties are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of both sides. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
