This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 08.07.2025, has relaxed the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4566 of 2025. However in the order copy, the petitioner's name have been wrongly mentioned as Gokul instead of 1.Gokul and 2.Jeeva, and the same requires to be rectified. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue order copy afresh. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the

petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4566 of 2025, dated 20.02.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4566 of 2025, dated 20.02.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
