ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a police protection based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 28.01.2023.

Heard Mr.J.Titus Enock, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public prosecutor for respondents.

It is seen from records that civil proceedings are pending between the parties. According to the petitioner, the appeals that 2/5

were filed by the private respondents was dismissed for default. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 3 and 4 submitted that already petitions have been filed for restoring the appeal.

In view of the above, the parties will have to work out their remedy only before the Civil Court and the police will not interfere with the dispute at this stage.
